shiftmkr is invite-only. Accounts are provisioned by your administrator and may be suspended or revoked at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to view, or interfere with its operation.

4. Customer data

Your organization remains the owner of data submitted to the Service. Use is governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, shiftmkr's liability is limited as set forth in your subscription agreement.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will require re-acceptance the next time you sign in.
